At reelfruit, we understand the importance of fast and reliable delivery—especially when it comes to fresh, high-quality dry fruits. That’s why we work hard to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition.

📦 Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 working day of receiving payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service. Estimated timelines are as follows:

Local/Metro Areas: 2–3 business days
Other Regions: 3–7 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: May take longer depending on courier coverage

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, etc.).

We currently ship across South Africa. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Failure to collect the package from the delivery partner

We will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
